Redskins: Pinkston among six released
The News
The Redskins released six players on Monday, including wide receiver Todd Pinkston. The other five cuts were cornerback Jerametrius Butler, linebacker Kevin Jones, wide receiver Jerel Myers, and defensive ends Jamaal Green and Bryant Shaw.
Our View
Pinkston hasn't played in an NFL game since tearing his Achilles prior to the 2005 season, but fantasy owners and football fans probably remember his name. Somewhere Len Pasquarelli is ranting. Or crying.
